Our New Client Portal is Live!
If you’ve booked a shoot anytime between January 1st and now, you may have noticed that things look a little different. For the past couple weeks we have been testing out our new client portal, and the feedback so far has been outstanding! Our new system streamlines the booking process while providing our clients useful new features to get the most out of our services. Read on to find out what’s new…
Easier Online Ordering
Our old system utilized one login for booking and another for image delivery. Most clients didn’t bother using the scheduling login, which meant they had to re-enter their contact details every time they booked. With our new system, that’s a thing of the past. You’ll still enjoy instant access to our real time availability, but now you’ll just have one login for ordering and accessing your products.
TIP: Take a minute or two to set up your profile by entering your contact info, linking your social media accounts, and uploading a headshot and company logo.
New Dashboard Keeps Everything Organized
When you log in now, you’ll be taken right to your dashboard where you can see at a glance which orders are completed and need to be paid, what appointments are scheduled, and a list of every booked shoot (order history from January 1st on, your old data is not imported.) If you have multiple shoots completed, you can now pay for them all at once, and viewing invoices is a snap. When it’s tax time, all your receipts are in one place and can be easily managed.

New & Improved Marketing Kit
Our new marketing tools make creating content for your new listing effortless and nearly instantaneous! There are great built-in templates you can customize with just a few clicks, no design experience necessary.
The new kit includes the following:
Listing website (both branded & unbranded versions) automatically loaded with your photos/videos complete with a lead capture form. See one in action here. (Opens in a new window.)
Flyers – add as many templates as you wish, customize to your brand colors and instantly print or download as a PDF, JPG, or PNG to share via text/email. Example flyer.
Social Media Tiles – I’m super excited about this addition! Easily create graphics for your social media feeds! Just hit “download” on the template you want to use, or click edit to change up the photos or wording. If you’ve updated your profile with your headshot and logo, they will automatically be inserted in the templates. There’s square templates for Instagram, Facebook friendly templates, and even a Pinterest board you can download.
Slideshow Videos – even if you didn’t order a video from us, you will receive a slideshow of the still images we took, with both a branded and unbranded version, in square and horizontal format. (Pro tip: you can hide images you don’t want to show, so no worries about a slideshow with multiple exterior shots before you see the inside. In fact, I recommend only putting a few images in the slideshow so it’s more like a teaser and makes the viewer want to see more.)
Also note, at the bottom of your Marketing Kit page, you’ll find a link where you can share all these assets and the one-click downloads with your admin or marketing coordinator!

Referral Program
We are also excited to announce our new referral program! Now every time you refer a new customer to us, you’ll get a $50 credit that can be applied to any shoot. Scroll to the bottom of your profile page to find your unique code. You can give this out as often as you wish, and rewards WILL STACK! (There’s no limit on how much credit you earn, but each referral must be a first-time Stylish Detroit customer.)
Feel free to share your referral code publicly, like on your social media profiles, so agents that follow you can find it and you can start earning rewards!
