Andy Schwartz

Andy has been an avid photographer for over 20 years, and founded Stylish Detroit in 2008. Before making the transition to full-time photography, Andy worked in several different fields - managing a motorcycle shop, working as Salesforce developer, and training as a luthier.

Originally the lead & sole photographer for Stylish Detroit, the growth of the business has allowed his focus to shift to filmmaking and commercial photography projects with builders and designers. Additionally, he’s always on the hunt for the latest technology or service he can offer to help his Realtor clients grow their businesses.

He resides in Grosse Pointe Park with his partner, Lynn, and their assorted pets. A huge music lover, Andy plays multiple instruments, and enjoys attending live shows.

Lynn Bernardi

Lynn got her start in photography as a teenager, setting up a darkroom in her parents’ basement. She became a licensed Realtor in her 20s and then transitioned to working for a local board of Realtors, which gave her an insider’s understanding of the needs of Realtors. During this time she also started her own wedding & portrait business, West Park Photography, which Andy quickly became a part of.

With her real estate connections, she was constantly getting asked to photograph homes and referred those jobs to Andy. After several years of giving up their weekends to shoot weddings, Lynn & Andy decided to make the transition to photographing real estate & interiors.

Lynn has a passion for historical homes and loves photographing details and working with designers. She’s also a huge animal lover, and considers the pets she meets on shoots one of the job’s best perks.

Nikki Mehelich

Part of the team since early 2017, Nikki has been a photography enthusiast since the age of 13, when her father started training her.  She opened her portrait studio, Nicole Mehelich Photography, in 2007, and began photographing real estate, 4 years ago. Nikki lives in Livonia with her husband, 2 sons and their great dane mix dog.

Todd Sedlak

Todd is a FAA certified drone pilot with more than sixteen years' experience and 4,000 flight hours under his belt. Todd began flying in the US Army in Iraq in 2005. He spent the next ten years working for defense contractors, police and fire departments, surveyors, farmers, and energy companies, flying many different small fixed wing and multi-rotor drones. Though initially  focused on aerial photography, Todd trained as a wedding photographer, which provided the necessary skills for real estate and landscape photography, adding to his repertoire. Todd also operates our Matterport for 3D models. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his daughter, being outdoors, traveling and endurance sports.

Meghan Lambka

Meghan studied photography at CCS and graphic design at Wayne State University. She joined the Stylish Detroit team in 2017.

She has a background in wedding and portrait photography, but also did interiors work prior to joining Stylish Detroit.

She is based out of Oak Park.
