What's For Sale This Week? March 21 - 25

It’s only been spring for a minute, the grass is still greening up, the trees are still bare, and I have yet to spot a single tulip, but our local Southeast Michigan real estate market is definitely perking up. Here’s some of the homes we photographed this week that stood out to me. Some are coming soon, some just hit the MLS, but to the best of my knowledge, they are all currently available! So let’s dive in!

On the Market: Auburn Hills Condo

First up is this 2-bedroom condo in Auburn Hills currently listed for $219,900 by Kyle Swink. Neat architectural features inside and out, with the arched walk-up and the custom paneling in the living space. It really stands out from your typical condo, and would be super easy to decorate. There’s also access to a gym, pool, and community center.

Coming Soon: Spacious Sterling Heights Colonial

This one hasn’t hit the market yet! Built in 1994, this home has the architectural features you expect in a listing built in this period, including a spacious 2-story foyer, great room with a soaring fireplace surround, and a roomy, open kitchen. There’s also a pretty good sized stone patio out back. Listed by Sana Brikho with St. Jude Realty.

Budget Friendly Cozy Bungalow in Holly

Coming in at $184,900 this 1920’s bungalow is brimming with character and is in walking distance to downtown Holly. The living space is full of natural light thanks to the large windows and 3-season sun porch, and I mean, just look at how cute it is! Refinished floors, archways, and crown moldings add to the charm. Contact Jenn Batey to get more details, it’s been on the market for just over 24 hours, and I’m sure it will move fast.

Stately South Lyon Colonial: $625,000

It hasn’t even been on Zillow for 24 hours and already this listing has stacked up nearly 1,000 views. This home was originally the builder model, so you can expect a lot of great features. The kitchen has tons of storage, granite counters, a walk-in pantry, and stainless appliances. The spacious primary suite includes a sitting area, two large walk-in closets and a well-appointed ensuite bath. Contact listing agent Sharon Preito with Keller-Williams Advantage to get all the details.

Just Listed: Canton Charmer in Grand View Estates

How cute is this one? From the adorable front porch with the seating area that perfectly coordinates with the planters, and the stone-clad garage, this one screams “curb appeal’. This is one of those homes where I can’t tell if it was expertly staged or if the homeowners are just really that good at decorating. It was just built in 2017 and boasts $100k of upgrades and $50k of improvements. It’s so shiny and new I can’t even find it on Zillow yet, but the listing property is live, and that’s where you can see all the photos, a Matterport tour, and contact the listing agents, Wendy & Greg Kime. Check out the drone photo that shows how it backs up to some nice mature woods and what looks like a stream. I bet the views outside are great in the summer, and luckily there’s a really nice deck off the back. I’m sure this one is gonna sell in a hot second.

Ann Arbor - Classic Colonial with Modern Updates

Wow. This one is an absolute stunner too. The monochromatic white paint throughout makes this home feel very spacious and on-trend, especially with the small pops of accent color and wallpaper. Even though the architecture is classic, it feels fresh and modern inside. The owners obviously have a great eye for design. If you want to see the whole thing (and you do, the kitchen renovation is spectacular), you’ll need to pop over to listing agent Jeffrey Post’s website for 808 Princeton.
